SKU and price ladder review

A pass over product IDs, price tiers, introductory offers, and the quiet SKUs that confuse restore and family sharing.

Printed calculations and a notebook beside a cup of coffee

Catalogues accumulate. A RM 4.90 consumable sits next to a RM 89.90 ‘pro pack’ that is really three consumables glued together. An introductory weekly price trains people to cancel before the monthly plan they never understood. A family-sharing SKU exists because someone read a WWDC note and never checked whether your content can legally be shared.

We map every paid product ID against what it unlocks, what it costs in Malaysia and in your next two countries, and what happens at restore. The memo names SKUs to retire, SKUs to stop discounting, and SKUs that should never have been sold as subscriptions.

This is not a pricing ‘strategy workshop’. It is a catalogue with red ink. If you also need refunds and renewals read against that catalogue, commission the performance audit instead of stacking both fees.
