✦ Fees
What a review costs, and what changes the figure
Fees are in Malaysian ringgit and billed per engagement. There is no monthly plan. The number moves when the catalogue or the store count moves.
One store, under twenty paid SKUs, three weeks including the working session.
English listing plus live paywall strings. Bahasa comparison included when both exist.
Product IDs, tiers, intro offers, family sharing, restore behaviour as you describe it.
Trials, grace, billing retry, lapse paywall. Subscriptions only.
Half a day at Office 7 after an engagement has closed, for teams that want to argue the order of work again.
What changes the fee
A second store is not a courtesy. Apple and Google name refunds differently, and we read both. Catalogues over twenty paid SKUs take longer because restore paths and leftover festival packs have to be walked one by one. If finance will only release a week of numbers, we still charge for a month of attention — the holes are more work, not less.
Travel inside Kuala Lumpur is not billed. A working session outside the Klang Valley is quoted separately and is rare.
How we bill
A thirty percent deposit holds the start week. The balance is due when the written briefing is sent, before the working session. We invoice on company letterhead to a Malaysian or foreign entity; SST is added when it applies.
We do not take a share of purchase revenue. We do not discount a second audit in the same year unless the catalogue is essentially unchanged and the question is a true follow-up — in which case we will say so and quote a shorter pass.
If you need a figure before you can talk to finance, send the app name, stores, and SKU count. A ballpark goes out in the same three working days as any other note.
